what am I afraid for?

As I was saying to GRace and fishtail eailier today
I found that my english is getting worse ...
not as handy as it used to be years ago when I was in Japan...
(wierd is that my english had inproven while living in Japan)

I think is because I didn't have much chances to practice it ...
Or better say I lost my confidence in english...
so I chose not to use it ...

Afraid to say something wrong ...
Afraid of misunderstandings...
Worry about the grammar ..structure ....everything...

Why do I let this happened?

I think I will start practicing it again...

I do feel silly these days...

I think my main problem is distance. and all other problems comes after that...like lack of time in communicating and knowing each other...

just feeling so silly....
Coz I can do nothing to change it...
